Our History
Albertine Engineering & Consultancy (trading name for Pekeinvest Co. Ltd) is Tax Compliance (TIN: 1009726657), registered in Uganda under section 18(3) of the companies Act 2012 (Registration No.: 232242).
The company is fully owned and managed by Ugandans and qualified on the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) Natation Supplier Database under NSD No. NS-13771/2022/2751.
Albertine Engineering and Consultancy is a standing member of Association of Uganda Oil & Gas Service Providers. We provide Engineering and Consultancy, Water and Wastewater treatments (Through MENA-Water FZC), Supply of piping and valves, Production Control equipment (Valves, Flowmeters), supply Electrical & Instrumentation equipment/materials, Tubing and instruments fittings and Manpower supply to Oil & Gas and Energy Sector in Uganda and East Africa. With network of partners based in the Dubai Free Zone and across the globe, lead time of our supply is significantly reduced leading to saving in both time and cost to our clients.
To complement our Oil & Gas business, we also invest in Real Estate and the Energy market particularly Clean Energy. We offer the strength, scope and commitment to deliver services on time and on budget.

We provide Engineering and Consultancy Services in Oil & Gas Sector. Some of the services offered:
- Engineering Design of Water and Wastewater treatments (MENA-Water FZC).
- Piping and Valves supply (Partner Trauvay & Cauvin stock significant stocks in Jebel Ali Freezone in Dubai).
- Supply/Install and service Faure Herman Helical Turbine Flowmeters.
- Supply/Install and service VALCO valves and other types and brands of valves.
- Supply of Electrical and Instruments equipment/materials, Swagelok tubing and instruments fittings.
- Supply of energy storage systems (Batteries) – SAFT, ALCAD Brands.
- Supply of competent Manpower focusing mainly Electrical, Instrumentation & Control and Process Control disciplines.
- Provide general engineering services in Oil & Gas and Energy Sector.
- Provide logistics and procurement services to support Oil & Gas operation in Uganda and East Africa.
